Welcome to our returns portal! This is where you can download a pre-paid shipping label that will be used to return your device to us. 

 

Here are your next steps:

1. Copy paste the link below into your address bar below to access our returns portal 

2. Enter in your order number and postal code to find your order 

3. Sign off your account 

4. Print out the downloaded shipping label and tape it onto your packaging (a box or padded envelope works great, if possible send it back in the “The Mobile Base” box it came in)

5. Securely package up your device and seal the package

6. Drop off your package at any Canada Post location
